Yes. We offer complimentary consultations at Jayèn Brighton & Hove. There’s no obligation to book a treatment. It’s an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions and understand which options may be suitable for you.

How quickly will I see results?
This depends on the treatment. Some treatments can leave the skin looking refreshed immediately, while body contouring, HIFU, RF microneedling and other treatments may develop their results gradually over the following weeks or months. We’ll explain realistic timescales during your consultation.

How many treatments will I need?
There isn't one answer for everybody. Some treatments may be performed as a single session, while others work best as a course. We’ll recommend a plan based on the area being treated, your goals and the technology being used.

Do your treatments involve surgery or significant downtime?
Our Brighton & Hove clinic specialises in non-surgical treatments. Downtime varies depending on the procedure, but many of our treatments allow clients to return to their normal activities quickly. We'll explain any expected downtime before you decide to proceed.

 

Can you help if diet and exercise haven't shifted a particular area of fat?
We offer several non-surgical body-contouring options for localised areas of stubborn fat, including cavitation, cryolipolysis (fat freezing), body HIFU and fat-dissolving treatments. The most appropriate option depends on the area, amount of fat and what you want to achieve.
