I’m not sure which treatment I need - can you help?
Absolutely. You don’t need to know which treatment is right for you before contacting us. Tell us what you’d like to improve and we can discuss the options available at our Hellingly clinic and recommend an approach based on your individual goals.

Can I book a consultation before deciding on a treatment?
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations at Jayen Hailsham. There’s no obligation to book a treatment. It’s an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions and understand which options may be suitable for you.

What can you help with at your Hellingly clinic?

At Jayèn Hailsham, we offer non-surgical treatments for stubborn fat, loose skin, cellulite, facial ageing and skin rejuvenation. Our services include Cavitation, Fat Freezing, HIFU, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening and Naturawhite Cosmetic Teeth Whitening, with personalised recommendations based on your goals.

Can you combine different treatments?
Yes. Depending on what you want to achieve, we may recommend a single treatment or a combination of technologies. Having a range of treatments available means we can build your plan around your concern rather than trying to make one treatment suitable for everyone.

How quickly will I see results?

Results depend on the treatment. Some treatments may provide visible improvements relatively quickly, while Cavitation, Fat Freezing, HIFU and Radiofrequency Skin Tightening can produce gradual changes over the following weeks or months. We'll explain realistic expectations during your consultation.

How many treatments will I need?
There isn't one answer for everybody. Some treatments may be performed as a single session, while others work best as a course. We’ll recommend a plan based on the area being treated, your goals and the technology being used.

Do your treatments involve surgery or significant downtime?
Our Hellingly clinic specialises in non-surgical treatments. Downtime varies depending on the procedure, but many of our treatments allow clients to return to their normal activities quickly. We'll explain any expected downtime before you decide to proceed.

Do you offer teeth whitening in Hellingly and Hailsham?

Yes. Jayèn Hellingly offers Naturawhite Cosmetic Teeth Whitening, a professional light-assisted treatment designed to improve the appearance of everyday tooth staining and discolouration. Contact us to arrange an appointment at our private Hellingly clinic.

Can you help if diet and exercise haven't shifted a particular area of fat?
We offer several non-surgical body-contouring options for localised areas of stubborn fat, including cavitation, cryolipolysis (fat freezing), body HIFU and fat-dissolving treatments. The most appropriate option depends on the area, amount of fat and what you want to achieve.

Where is Jayen Hailsham?
Jayèn Hellingly is located just off The Drive in Hellingly, near Hailsham, East Sussex. Our private, purpose-designed treatment space offers a relaxed, discreet environment with convenient driveway parking. We welcome clients from Hailsham, Horam, Heathfield, Uckfield, Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

How do I find out what would work best for me?
The easiest way is to book a complimentary consultation at our Hellingly clinic. Tell us what you'd like to change and we'll talk you through the most appropriate options, expected results, treatment timescales and costs before you make any decision.
